Politico published its yearly list of Europe’s 28 most influential people, in which Bidzina Ivanishvili was named as ‘Disrupter’ With the subcategory of The Oligarch. Ivanishvili ranks 8th in the list.
The list includes the following categories of the “doers,” those with the greatest ability to exert influence; the “disrupters,” who are most likely to overturn the status quo; and the “dreamers,” whose ideas are driving European politics and policies.
Along with Bidzina Ivanishvili, the list of “disrupters,” also includes Carles Puigdemont, Viktor Orbán, Annalena Baerbock, Manfred Weber, Tom Van Grieken, Jovita Neliupšienė, Björn Höcke.
The List of "does" includes Ursula von der Leyen, Emmanuel Macron, Andriy Yermak, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Maroš Šefčovič, Marine Le Pen, Christine Lagarde, Keir Starmer.
The List of "dreamers" includes Alexei Navalny, Gérald Darmanin, Roberta Metsola, Mary Lou McDonald, Petr Pavel, Thomas Bach, Nigel Farage, Jenni Hermoso.
Politico’s list aims to identify the 28 most powerful people on the Continent, and those expected to make the biggest impact on the continent in 2020.
