The shopping center "Metro City", operating in Batumi, will offer new products to its customers by 2024. Big brands will be added to the shopping facilities from 2024.
The company notes that the addition of new brands will further increase the number of mall customers.
The company explains that the annual growth of customers and the demand of potential brands led to the expansion of the sales space. As a result, since 2017, the territory of the shopping center has increased 3 times. If by 2017 the total area of the mall was 16,060 sq.m., today this number has increased to 25,756 sq.m. Along with the growth of the area, the occupancy rate of the mall also increased, the number of shopping facilities reached 110, although this is not the final figure, as the demand for space is still high.
The main goal of the "Metro City" forum is to create maximum comfort, safe and secure environment for customers, to offer customized conditions for all segments. Also, the mall takes the needs of the local population as a priority, which caused the current changes", the company notes.
"Metso City Forum" is the first shopping center of Adjara, built between 2015-2016, and its operation began on May 22, 2017. The total investment of the project amounted to USD 100 million.
