The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel says it is too early to assess the full impact of the four-month rehabilitation of Rustaveli Avenue but does not rule out that some guests may choose not to book during the construction period.
Speaking to BM.GE, Sales Director Mariam Kutateladze said the hotel will use its alternative entrance on Tabukashvili Street if necessary, allowing guests to access the property despite traffic restrictions on Rustaveli Avenue.
She noted that the hotel will adapt to the new conditions, but the actual impact on occupancy and bookings will only become clear after construction begins. According to Kutateladze, while the hotel was aware that the project was planned, it did not hold direct consultations with government authorities regarding the rehabilitation works.
