The Bolnisi Valley winery plans to export its products to the Canadian market from 2026.
The company's history begins in 2020, and it initially positioned itself on the market as a small family farm under the name "Subel Wine". After rebranding, their wine is now presented on the market under the name "Bolnisi Valley". The winery participated in the Protected Designation of Origin Wine Festival in Bolnisi.
The company's representative, Salome Chikovani, told BM.GE that "Bolnisi Valley" is currently in the expansion phase. The products are not yet sold on the local market, although the certification process has already been completed and negotiations are underway with several outlets. As for the export, they have a concrete result in the negotiations, according to which 10,000 bottles of wine will be exported to Canada next year.
"We produce organic wine - Bolnisi Rkatsiteli and Saperavi. In addition to Canada, we are also holding negotiations with other countries, although we are refraining from giving specifics at this stage," said a company representative.
