The land plot of 199,441 square meters is located in Bobokvati, on the Black Sea coast, which was purchased last year by the company "Black Sea Paradise 1" for GEL 26,695,736.
According to the investment obligation, the company must invest at least GEL 40 million directly or with the help of a third party within 84 months. The company must pay the privatization amount by December 25, 2023.
According to the data of the business register, the list of partners of the company "Black Sea Paradise 1" includes businessman Giorgi Svanidze, who is the chairman of the International Olive Council.
The list of company owners is distributed as follows:
• Giorgi Svanidze - 35%;
• Manana Siradze - 35%;
• Davit Topuridze - 15%;
• Alkhunaiz Taisier Bakir H, a citizen of the United Arab Emirates - 15%.
The company was founded in July 2022.
