Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili on Wednesday said she had “extended gratitude on behalf of our nation to Georgia’s friend Charles Michel [European Council President] who has steadfastly supported our European path.”
In her post on X, the President added, “At this pivotal moment, EU support is vital – moral backing and election observers will empower the Georgian people as we reaffirm our commitment to the EU future,” the President noted.
