Georgian confectionery brand Cheesecaker is preparing to broaden its product assortment this year. The company’s co-founder, Veko Dodashvili, told BM.GE that the 2026 expansion strategy is built around two key directions: introducing new items aligned with international dessert trends and creating niche products designed to attract a wide consumer audience.
“Work on expanding the assortment is already underway. At this stage, we have three pilot products that we plan to launch after the Easter season,” Dodashvili said, noting that the company is also strengthening its corporate service segment, where demand grows every year. She refrained from sharing further details for now.
Dodashvili also pointed out that product prices have remained largely stable. Any changes introduced this year have been minimal, making them almost unnoticeable for customers. “Price adjustments are very small. Our strategy relies on maintaining a low profit margin and supporting steady business growth so that our products remain accessible to consumers,” she explained.
