The Artisan Bakery Chelta temporarily stopped working in Tskaltubo, Salome Chkheidze, founder of the company told BM.GE. According to her, "Chelta" plans to open a new branch and resume work from January.
As she notes, the old location of Chelta turned out to be inconvenient and decided to change its location.
"We stopped working for about a month, the location did not work and I had to find a new location. It is planned to open a new branch in Tskaltubo by January. Even during the summer period, there was no proper work, but the situation was better compared to the winter, the profit increased by about 25%," - says Salome Chkheidze.
"Chelta" offers customers bread made on natural yeast, various cookies, and their products can be tasted on the spot. Tskaltubo Development Group donated equipment GEL 26,000 worth for the project, while the founder made an additional investment of GEL 15,000.
