Handmade chocolate-producing company Chocomaza is unable to expand its sales area. As the founder of the company, Tamar Gogoladze, told BM.GE, it is very difficult to find additional finances for a startup.
"My friend and I came up with the idea of creating Chocomaza during the pandemic. We started selling chocolate through Facebook. At first, we made sweets and then sold them, but now we only make them by order. We use imported chocolate from Italy for Chocomaza. We have a diverse assortment. We prepare more than 10 types of sweets with sunflowers, hazelnuts, walnuts, dried fruits and various fruits.
We had rented space for production, however, since our orders are unstable, we no longer have this space and we are making it at home. We wanted to have our own retail space, but due to the lack of funds, we have stopped this plan," Tamar Gogoladze says.
As the founder of Chokomaza notes low prices stand out their products in the competitive market. "The price of our chocolate starts from GEL 1. In addition to affordable prices, we also provide courier services throughout Tbilisi."
