Demand on commercial property has increased in Georgia. Zurab Eristavi, managing Partner of RENTALS has noted with TV-Program Business Course, that the growth is basically observed on the so-called co-working spaces. “There is not such a high demand on classic business centers. One of the reasons is that offices in Georgia do not have ready-made working spaces”, - Zurab Eristavi declares.

Managing Partner of RENTALS explains demand increase by Ukraine-Russia War. According to Zurab Eristavi, companies closing in Russia are looking for a new location in Georgia.

“I want to highlight that we must not mix international brands with Russian companies. As I see demand is grown by American, Swiss and various Western companies”, - Zurab Eristavi declares.

He refrains to name the company, but the Managing Partner of RENTALS notes that the American company is looking for working space for 200 employees. According to them, it is not their full staff and they will need more employees. In addition, there is an interest in Batumi and Kutaisi besides Tbilisi.
