Company “Old Supra” will launch a new enterprise from late May. The company’s founder, Giorgi Alania, spoke about this with BMGTV program “Business Morning”.
As Alania explained, the new enterprise, which will be focused on the sewing direction, is being opened against the backdrop of increased demand. The new enterprise will also increase the company’s productivity. Alania adds that a warehouse will also be added to the space, which will simplify the supply process and ultimately improve the customer experience.
“The process has begun and somewhere at the end of May, we will have a new enterprise. This was due to the demand that we had to respond to with deliveries. The enterprise will be larger, and the space will also include a warehouse where this entire process will be organized,” Alania noted.
According to him, the company completed the first quarter with significant operational progress. In particular, supply chain management has been implemented, which improves the company’s logistics system.
“We started this work in January. The company has a long history, but we started active operations in 2020. Therefore, we can say that we are a startup with a long history. Now we have come to the stage when more planning and automation are necessary,” Alania said.
Old Supra is a Georgian brand that has been creating old Georgian blue tablecloths for years, with traditional elements and details. The company’s history dates back to 1998, although the brand has been operating in a modern way since 2020. This year, the business combines a number of products, including tableware and glass dinnerware.
