Company m2 plans to begin construction of a 5-star hotel in Zugdidi, - Aleksandre Mosterelia, Governor of Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti told Bm.ge that they are currently awaiting completion of the project, which envisages removal of the ice-rink. The hotel will be built on this free land area.
“The project, which will be implemented by m2 in Zugdidi, will be tailored to the region’s environment. It will fully fit to the botanical garden and museum infrastructure. All this is important for tourism development in the region. It should be noted that the elements required by the tourism industry, including infrastructure and roads already exists in Zugdidi. Moreover, we have outstanding sights in this region.
Now, a 5-star hotel will be added and finally we will have the opportunity to host both local and foreign guests with dignity,”- said Alexander Motserelia.
As the Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti stated, about 8 million USD will be invested in the construction of the 5-star hotel and the project will be interesting both visually and ecologically.
