Alliance Group will complete construction of the largest project of Alliance Centropolis in 2026. The total cost of the project reaches USD 400 million. As the head of the company's business development department, Temur Bitsadze, said while visiting TV-Program "Real Estate Prospect", the investment value of the project is more than the value of 20 projects implemented by the company in 2005-2022.
According to him, at the moment 50% of the project is already sold, and half of the buyers are Georgians. Interest in the project is high from the Baltic, Persian Gulf and Western European countries.
"We are on the market for 17 years and have implemented more than 20 projects. The value of "Alliance Centropolis" is more than the total value of these projects - it is about USD 400 million. The company has implemented exactly the same amount of investment since 2005. We started this project with the largest Hyatt hotel, World Trade Center. This organization has the best contacts with big businesses, so we make exhibition spaces in order to load our projects during the winter season. "Alliance Centropolis" occupies half a million square meters and is distinguished by its height, all three buildings are the tallest in Georgia.
The project will continue for 4 years and late in 2026, we will have an impressive project in Batumi.
At the moment, 50% have already been sold, out of which we can say that half of the sales account for Georgians. Interest is also growing from the Baltic, Persian Gulf and Western European countries, including Spain and Germany," Bitsadze said.
