Consumer prices in Armenia rose by 6.2% in the frist four months of 2023 compared to the same time span last year, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).
It said in April 2023 prices were up 0.1% from March of the same year and up 3.2% from April of 2022.
According to the NSC, prices of industrial goods in the first four months of 2023 decreased by 1.1% compared to the same period of 2022. At the same time, in April this year, these prices were down 3.3% compared to April last year.
According to the National Statistical Committee, Armenia's economic activity grew by 12.2% in January-April 2023 compared to January-April 2022, ARKA reports.
