Mako Gagnidze, co-founder of the family business "Cottages in Tsaghveri" located in Tsaghveri resort, told BM.GE that they are planning to arrange yard infrastructure and entertainment spaces this year.
According to her, they have been in the tourism business for 15 years and in total they have 5 cottages located in one yard.
"We have been in this business for 15 years and already have many loyal customers. The load on the cottages comes mainly during the summer and New Year's period. Our guests are mostly Georgians. We host them for at least 10 days and more.
Compared to previous years, we did not need to increase the prices. The cost of staying in our cottage for one night starts from 80 GEL and depends on the type of cottage and the number of people. In total, we can accommodate up to 35 people in the cottages, and we have no problem adding beds if necessary.
This year, we are planning to arrange the yard and additional entertainment spaces, which require an investment of about 50,000 GEL. In addition, it is planned to add a new cottage, although the specific terms are not known", - says Gagnidze.
According to her, at this stage, they already have pre-bookings for summer, although it is still early and Cottages in Tsaghveri expect to have more bookings in summer.
Gagnidze also talks about challenges and notes that it is a challenge for businesses to cooperate with the bank, because the interest rates are very high.
