The Craft Food company, which offers customers "Craft Hot Dog", "Craft Shawarma" and "Craft Burgers", started production of Pink Shawarma.
Dea Tsomaia, head of the company's marketing department, told BM.GE that the product has been added to Craft food restaurants for 3 months and the demand for it has exceeded expectations.
"We have been on the market for about 3 months. The company decided to offer a healthier product to our customers in the direction of shawarmas. This is where the idea of creating Asian shawarma came from. Its advantage is that Lavash Bread is made on the basis of beets, which gives it a pink color. The ingredients are specially selected for Asian flavors. The product is made from unfrozen raw materials. We offer customers both pork and chicken shawarma, the cost of which ranges from 15.90 GEL to 16.50 GEL.
We announced the product in advance before putting it on sale, and from the first day, I can confidently say that the demand has exceeded expectations," says Dea Tsomaia.
In addition to pink shawarma, 3-4 days ago Craft Food added chicken wings to its production, which are now available. In addition, the chefs are actively working on adding breakfast, and it will appear on the market soon.
