Customers mostly complained on slow and poor internet connections in 2021. Citizens appealed to the Public Defender of Consumer Interests. These statistics are given in the 2021 report of the Public Defender.

According to the report, a total of 971 complaints were submitted to the Office of the Public Defender of Consumers in 2021, of which 32% or 309 complaints were related to damage of electronic communications or termination of services.

The second most acute problem was related to poor quality telecommunications services. A total of 198 complaints were filed related to this problem. In addition, 122 complaints were submitted on the service delay.
