“Degusto International” will continue operating the buffet in the Government Administration building throughout 2026. The company, which currently provides catering services for the administration, has been granted an extension following the expiration of its existing usufruct agreement on December 31, 2025.
According to the 2024 decree issued by the Government of Georgia, Degusto has been responsible for the administration’s catering services during the current year. A new decree dated December 30 confirms that the company will retain operational rights for the upcoming year as well.
Under the decree, 396 square meters on the second floor of the Chancellery and 80 square meters on the first floor will be transferred to Degusto International under a usufruct agreement. Additionally, all technical inventory used in the Chancellery’s buffet will also be handed over to the company for the duration of the agreement.
Financial records show that in 2024, Degusto generated 17.2 million GEL in revenue, though the company ended the year with a 1.2 million GEL loss instead of profit. Despite this, the company continues to serve as an operator of 20 public catering establishments across the country.
