According to them, new tariffs will significantly worsen their situation compared to the current remuneration system and their salaries will be down by 1,500-1,600 GEL per month.
As of the statement disseminated by delivery company Glovo, the company abolishes weekly bonus system and bonuses will be given to the couriers on daily basis on a various hour. In addition, changes will apply to the distances, as only the distance from the facility to the customer will be reimbursed. However, the base fee will be increased from 2 GEL to 2.3 GEL and partner couriers will earn 0.5 GEL instead of 0.4 GEL for each kilometer.
The number of the working hours will be reduced to 10 hours instead of 12 in accordance with international recommendations and safety regulations.
Glovo operates in more than 26 countries, the company's courier network exceeds 25 thousand worldwide.
