What is related to the early completion of the project and what makes the "Tsavkisi Panorama" project special? - Our respondent, the managing partner of the project, Mr. Gegi Vasadze, will answer the questions.
"Early completion of the project is directly related to the customers’ high demand. As you know, we started sales of Tsavkisi Panorama in May 2022, exactly one year ago. The completion of the project was planned late in 2024.
Accordingly, we intended sales to be continued for two years at the beginning of the project, but the demand exceeded all expectations and by this time, 85% of the land plots are already sold.
Moreover, implementation of the works has been also projected for a period of two years, but due to the high demand, the project will be completed one year earlier, both in terms of sales and work performance. It should be noted that it was a big challenge for us to follow the pace of demand and to complete the works scheduled for two years in one year. We deeply believe that we have overcome this challenge and closing the project one year earlier is a great success of the company.
Mr. Gegi, what does "Tsavkis Panorama" offer to its customers and why it has become so popular?
"Tsavkisi Panorama" is adapted to modern standards and its concept fully meets the needs of people with a modern lifestyle, for whom environmental conditions, well-equipped infrastructure, safety and a comfortable living environment are important.
The investment value of this project exceeds 30 million. It is located on 13 hectares and includes 98 individual land plots, which are provided with all types of communications. The project has 15,000 square meters of recreation area, inclduing tennis, basketball and football courses, a skatepark and a bicycle lane. A one-kilometer walking alley, children's entertainment spaces divided by age, and many other interesting and necessary infrastructure.
While working on the project, we conducted research in advance in order to better understand the needs of modern people and to meet all the requirements that existed in the market as much as possible. Therefore, the main goal in planning our project was to preserve the recreational nature, harmonious development of the space and integration with the existing environment. We tried our best not to plan the project tightly, so we refused to divide the land into smaller sizes and offered the customer land plots from 700 sq/m to 1,100 sq/m. The existing land plots come with all types of communications and construction permit.
Taking all this into account, "Tsavkisi Panorama" is a truly outstanding project, and that is why it has become one of the most in demand residential areas."
Mr. Gegi, what are your plans after the premature completion of "Tsavkisi Panorama" and do you intend to implement a similar project in the future?
While working on the "Tsavkisi Panorama" project, it became clear to us that the needs of modern people have changed and today, they want to live in an ecologically clean, peaceful environment. The high demand for our project convinced us that we were able to correctly define the needs of customers and create a high-quality living environment for them.
Therefore, we have good news and we are announcing a new project, the investment value of which will be 20 million. This project will also be implemented in Tsavkisi. The new project will be a completely new type of settlement, the construction of which is planned to start in the summer. Interested persons will be able to take advantage of a special price within the framework of pre-sales.
