A new boutique cafe "Fusfusi" was added to the Georgian market in March. The founder of "Fusfusi", Natia Kurshubadze told "Women's Narrative" that she turned her hobby into a business.
"We currently offer seven types of desserts to the customers in our cafe, as well as five types of sandwiches and donuts. Donuts have become nitch products of "Fusfusi", - said Natia Kurshubadze, adding that the demand exceeded their expectations:
"After two months of the cafe's existence, the demand from customers has exceeded expectations. We always have a menu of sandwiches, and the menu of desserts is constantly changed depending on the day. We can host 12 people at the same time in Fusfusi," Natia Kurshubadze noted.
As for the prices, the prices of sandwiches in "Fusfusi" start from 9.90 GEL and go up to 21 GEL. The cost of the Easter cake was 29 GEL.
The initial investment for the opening of the boutique-cafe "Fusfusi" was 35 thousand GEL. Currently, two people are employed in the cafe, in the near future it's planned to employ one more person.
"Fusfusi" is located at 7 Simon Kandelaki Street in Tbilisi.
