Vazha Mebagishvili, Member of Supervisory Board of the National Association of Realtors declares that the trend of living close to the city in a quiet and clean environment is growing in the last two years. As he notes, the trend started amid the pandemic and the demand for houses and land plots near Tbilisi is still increasing.
"According to the trend of recent years, demand and prices for land plots and houses near Tbilisi have increased. We have seen the price increase even by 50% or 100%. This is caused by several factors, including the pandemic as well as the Russia-Ukriane War. During the summer period, the demand for houses near Tbilisi will increase even more," said Mebagishvili.
National Association of Realtors notes that recently the most popular places to live near Tbilisi are Tskneti, Kojori, Digomi village, Saguramo and Tbilisi's surroundings in general.
