"I could not say that the share of foreign customers has increased so much that it can be separated. Because from the first day of our opening in Tbilisi, there was a normal share of foreign customers, and many have been buying apartments even before. Many came to live there. In Batumi, there are more foreign, Russian-speaking customers, both itizens of Russia or Ukraine.
