Sophio Britanchuk, director of the leasing company Office Space says the occupancy rate stands at 70%, as she notes it is a quite good indicator.
"The demand is from different types of companies. We have financial institutions, as well as IT companies, legal and various service companies. There is a trend that companies need smaller spaces. Not all employees go to the office and this trend stems from that. Moreover, those who had rented large offices, there was a demand to reduce the space," - said Britanchuk.
Currently, the rental fee in Vake Plaza stands at USD 23 per 1 sq.m.
According to TBC Capital research, the demand for business centers recovered significantly in 2022. The sector review says that the growth is mainly in A-class business centers, where the rental fee totals to USD 26, compared to B-class, where the price amounts to USD 13.
