Zygma is launching a new $35 million residential project near the State University, at Zurab Anjaparidze Street #2, with $20.5 million in investment from Bank of Georgia. The complex, built on 65,000 sq.m, will feature 220 apartments, commercial spaces, offices, swimming pools, fitness areas, a squash court, parking, and recreational facilities. Construction began in 2024 and is expected to finish in 2027.
Zviad Chokheli, director of Zygma Saburtalo, said the project emphasizes premium quality, panoramic views, energy-efficient materials, and modern lifestyle comforts. He noted the partnership with Bank of Georgia ensures project reliability and timely completion.
For the holiday season, buyers can receive up to GEL 50,000 discount on apartments in the Zygma Saburtalo complex.
