Development company " Biograph Living " announces the second large-scale project. Vasil Pkhakadze, executive director of "Biograph Living" and Davit Asanidze, head of design development department at "Biograph Living" talked about this in TV-program "Business Morning”.
“Project "Matiani" will be built in Didube, one of the city's central avenues, Akaki Tsereteli, it will be a multifunctional residential complex that will combine residential, office and commercial spaces. We will have a 25-meter swimming pool, spa, fitness, etc. ", - noted the executive director of the company.
Speaking about commercial premises, Davit Asanidze explains that the premises remain in the ownership of the company and are not sold.
"We give the commercial space under the lease, so we maintain a kind of control over which brands will be part of our project. At the initial stage, we already have several contracts with the following companies: "Oktopus”, “Paul”, “Ska Juice” and "Gastronom". We are trying to attract as many brands as possible and make them part of our ecosystem," added the head of the design development department.
The area of the 31-storey complex is 60,000 sq.m., customers will be able to live in the complex from 2026. At this stage, "Biograph Living" is selling a green frame, however, it is planned to offer the customer the option of renovated apartments as well.
