TBC Capital published a report on the Tbilisi Residential Market. According to the document, in August 2024, Didi Digomi (21% share in total sales) stayed at the top as the district with the highest number of sold residential properties in Tbilisi followed by Saburtalo (15%).
In terms of new apartments sales only Samgori and Didi Dighomi posted positive annual growths. The latest had the highest number of new partments sold. As for the number of old apartmetns, Saburtalo was the leading districts, followed by Didi Dighomi.
In August 2024, the average price per squre m in Vake and Mtatsminda was slightly below USD 2,000. There was a significnat rise observed for new apartment prices in Krtsanisi, Didi Dighomi and Nadzaladevi. As for the prices of old apartments, a notable increase was in Krtsanisi, amounting to 20% annually.
