Disorganized Yacht Clubs Hinder Us The Most – “Ramses Yachts”
Yacht dealer company Ramses Yachts has sold a total of 16 yachts and cutters in Georgia since 2020. As the director of the company, Giorgi Chikvaidze, said in an interview with BMG, this number of yachts was sold only to Georgian citizens.
In addition, Chikvaidze also talks about infrastructural problems. "There are many infrastructural problems in Georgia, we do not have well-arranged yacht clubs in the country, like in Europe. There is so much demand for yachts that we are currently unable to meet these conditions.
Today, there are two hindering factors in this business: infrastructure and lack of staff. We are forced to bring personnel from Turkey and Greece", says Chikvaidze.
In 2017, Ramses Yachts brought the Italian yacht manufacturing company Azimut Yachts to the country.
