TBC Capital published a report Georgian Electricity Market in Numbers for July.
According to the document, in July 2024, annual electricity generation decreased by 1.1%.
During the same period, electricity consumption increased by 13.6%.
The balancing electricity price amounted to 5.71 USDc/kWh, reflecting an annual growth of 9%.
Georgia’s net export amounted to 220 GWh of electricity, with Turkey remaining the main export destination.
