Keti Kvichidze, co-founder of the Gastrotourism Business Association declres, that entrepreneurs find it diffuclt to enter large supermarkets. According to her, it is difficult for both large and small producers to compete with the products produced by supermarkets.
"We have found more than 30 recipes, and we plan to publish a book of recipes in the future. This project was financed by the Poporeli brand. With the recipes we have found, we have created flavors that have been reflected in the "Poporeli" brand and are already on the market. So far we have made eight flavors and they can be purchased in different chains. We haven't expanded much at this point because it's very difficult for entrepreneurs to get into the big chains because all the big chains have their own products, they produce everything themselves, including sugar, pasta, oil. In general, I am not in favor of regulations, but in this case there should be some kind of regulation so that the business can survive", said Keti Kvichidze.
Keti Kvichidze directly participated in the creation of the Poporeli brand. She was personally involved in finding flavors and creating sauces.
