The ethnolodge "Edo’s Dacha", located near Dashbashi Canyon, has begun a digital transformation process aimed at improving guest experience and automating operations.
According to founder Edward Mkrtichyan, the project includes the creation of a new website with an AI-powered chatbot to provide visitors with complete information and instant support.
“The site will allow customers to book rooms, view detailed service descriptions, and access information not fully available on platforms like Booking.com,” Mkrtichyan told BM.GE.
The platform will integrate all services into one system while maintaining the lodge’s presence on existing booking platforms. The new site is expected to launch in test mode by New Year, with an investment of 15,000-20,000 GEL.
Located about 100 km from Tbilisi, Edo’s Dacha opened in June 2024 after a 160,000 GEL restoration of a 1936-built house. The lodge currently offers five rooms and accommodates up to 14 guests.
