According to Davit Kikaleishvili, big projects will be paused at least temporarily.
" It is impossible for high government officials to be sanctioned and not affect the market. Therefore, it is logical that analyzing how the market will be chosen by investors will largely depend on these [sanctions]. A big investment has no "feelings", it works on "cold calculation". Even if an investor is in favor of this [Russian] law, will think to invest moeny or not. An unstable market is problematic for everyone.
I think that at least they will think and wait for how big projects will act", said Kikaleishvili.
