The crisis in the ferroalloy market continues, however, due to the record drop in May, there is little revival in exports. If ferroalloys worth of USD 2 million were exported in May, the exports increased to 23.1 million in June, making June the second most exported month after January. In June, the main export market was the USA, where USD 21 million worth of products were exported.

Despite that, ferroalloys are no longer exported to Russia since February, due to the introduction of an import tax. According to the data for six months of the year, it still remains the number one exporting market, the USA is in second place with USD 30.7 million and Turkey is in third place with USD 20.1 million.

In six months of the year, USD 109.64 million worth of ferroalloys were exported to the exporting markets, the annual decrease reaches 64%.
