EY Georgia is proud to announce the appointment of Ana Kusrashvili as the new Head of Assurance Practice, effective July 1, 2025.
With nearly 20 years of experience in financial audit and assurance services, Ana brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a proven track record of excellence. She has led a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects both in Georgia and internationally, consistently delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.
Ana has been a vital part of EY Georgia, currently serving as an Assurance Partner and Audit Quality Leader, a role she has held for over a decade. Her dedication to upholding audit quality has helped strengthen EY Georgia’s reputation for delivering resilient, trusted services.
She is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (New Hampshire, USA) and a certified auditor in Georgia, registered as an audit partner with the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision (SARAS). Ana also serves as chairwoman of the Audit Quality Committee at the Georgian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors (“GFPAA”), a professional body, member of IFAC.
In her new role, Ana will focus on:
- Driving client-centric approaches
- Elevating audit quality and innovation
- Developing exceptional leadership talent within the practice
- Strengthening EY’s role as a trusted assurance provider in Georgia and the region
