According to a Facebook statement released today, they decided to delete the pages and accounts related to the political party "Patriots Alliance" and the organization "Alt Info" due to coordinated unauthorized actions.

"Facebook investigates coordinated unauthorized behavior and removes similar facts from its platform. To inform the public about the progress made in this direction, Facebook will also submit a monthly report.

In October 2020, Facebook deleted 14 networks of accounts, groups, and pages. Eight of these networks were located in Georgia, Myanmar, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan, targeting these countries' populations.

In Georgia, Facebook has identified two networks of coordinated unauthorized behavior. One of them is related to Alt-info. As a result, 50 accounts, 49 pages, 4 groups, 8 events, and 19 Instagram accounts were deleted. The network was identified, and the accounts were deleted based on complaints requested by ISFED.

Also, Facebook has revealed another network in Georgia that is affiliated with the Patriot Alliance. As a result, 54 accounts, 14 pages, 2 groups, and 21 Instagram accounts were deleted, "the statement said.
