According to him, the fee shall increase from 4 to 10 GEL, and for the construction of the industrial facility in the resort zone – from 5 to 11 GEL. The increase shall not apply to the construction of individual houses.
“To prevent the unplanned extra expenses for the tax-payers, the fees will be increased gradually, namely, to 6 GEL from January 1, 2023; 8 GEL from January 1, 2024; and 10 GEL from January 1, 2025. As to the resort zone – to 7 GEL from January 1, 2023; 9 GEL from January 1, 2024; and 11 GEL from January 1, 2025”.
