During the first nine months of 2025, the state received GEL 188 million in revenue from traffic violation fines, according to a report published by the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance.
Of this amount, GEL 75.3 million went to the central government budget, while GEL 113 million was directed to local government budgets.
For comparison, during the same period in 2024, revenue from traffic fines totaled GEL 172.7 million. Accordingly, fine revenues increased by GEL 15.7 million year-on-year.
