The fitness club chain Reform has recorded a 23–25% increase in customers over the past year, according to the company’s director Giorgi Lazariashvili. Speaking to BM.GE, he said the growth trend continues, with the number of daily visitors steadily rising.
Founded in 2018 with its first branch in Gldani, Reforma now operates four locations in Tbilisi—Gldani, Ortachala, Nutsubidze, and Kikvidze. On average, the chain receives around 2,500 visitors per day across all branches, which Lazariashvili says makes it one of the busiest gym networks in the city.
The gym’s main audience is people aged between 18–45, most of whom are working professionals focused on maintaining health and fitness. Nearly half of the visitors use the Fitpass platform, which makes it difficult for the company to calculate the exact number of active members. It offers various services, including group workouts such as yoga, aerobics, zumba, and pilates, as well as boxing, MMA, crossfit, and HIIT training.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand further within Tbilisi and increase its market share over the next 3–5 years. According to Lazariashvili, entering regional markets will only be considered after the network fully expands across the capital.
