Head of NCDC Amiran Gamkrelidze shares 5 principles to remember in order to protect oneself from COVID-19.
“These are the 5 principles I repeat all the time – Gamkrelidze stated – Face-mask, distancing, washing hands frequently, being longer on fresh air than in the closed space and avoiding big gatherings. These are the principles we need to get used to and live with at least for the next 1-1.5 years”.
