The European Union should impose sanctions on all those who are responsible for the manipulation of elections and violence against peaceful protesters, - the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the German Parliament (Bundestag), Michael Roth, writes on X's website.
According to him, the Georgian people need solidarity in deeds and not only in words.
"Freedom fighters and dedicated Europeans in Georgia need solidarity in action, not just words: EU sanctions against all those responsible for election manipulation and violence against peaceful protesters. Non-recognition of rigged elections and demand for free and fair elections!" - wrote Roth.
