French oil and gas company TotalEnergies has acquired a 50% stake in Rönesans Energy, a subsidiary of one of Turkey’s top conglomerates Rönesans Holding, the company announced Friday.
Addressing the signing ceremony of the partnership agreement, Rönesans Holding Chairman Erman Ilıcak did not provide further details on the price of the acquisition.
Ilıcak said that Rönesans Energy would continue to operate in the field of renewable energy and has determined a roadmap, Daily Sabah reports.
