Giorgi Kipiani, General Manager of Vivo Medical declares that the healthcare sector needs very long-term plans, careful action and there is no need to change game rules radically once a year.

"The healthcare sector is an important field for any citizen of any country, because it affects everyone and no one can be successful if there is no access to a modern health care system. Any step that pushes this sector back is harmful to the citizen. Any decision, which worsens the quality or restricts the access, is one of the steps away from this goal," Kipiani said.
