Georgia’s Competition and Consumer Protection Agency (GCCA) has found that the online dried fruit and hazelnut store “Kheiri Nakhe” engaged in unfair commercial practices following complaints from 22 consumers.

According to the agency, the company systematically failed to meet delivery deadlines for purchased goods and delayed refunds in cases of order cancellations. Violations were also identified in failing to comply with agreed contractual delivery terms.

The GCCA stated that the company’s actions amounted to misleading commercial practices that violate fair trade principles and significantly harm consumer interests.

The agency has ordered the business to restore affected consumers’ rights within one month and bring its commercial policies into full compliance with legal requirements.
