The Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (GCCA) has concluded an investigation launched on the basis of a complaint from LLC “Poseidoni 2022”. The GCCA found no evidence of an anti-competitive agreement between the two parties.
Furthermore, it was established that LLC "Golden Fish Batumi" did not abuse a dominant position, as the company did not hold a dominant market share during the relevant period (2022–2024). Accordingly, the suspicion of infringement was resolved in favor of the undertakings involved.
