GCCA has identified 17 violations of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights from September 1, 2025, to the present.

These infringements include: failure to provide essential consumer information, delivery of non-conforming goods, missed delivery deadlines, unjustified restrictions on contract withdrawal rights, and unfair commercial practices.

The Agency has directed the involved traders to rectify these violations within one month, align their policies with legal standards, and restore affected consumer rights.

During this period, five traders were fined a total of GEL 3,908 for non-compliance with prior decisions.
