Bidzina Ivanishvili, honorary chairman of the Georgian Dream (GD) party, stated on Tuesday that “the party has the most support since 2012, with around 60% of the people expressing faith in it.”
As Ivanishvili pointed out, “It is much easier for Georgians to make a decision since voters are well-informed on political developments in and surrounding Georgia.”
“As a result of all this, Georgian Dream has gained high-level support since 2012, with around 60% of the public trusting it.
Despite the most arduous hurdles and intense pressures, we have preserved peace in our nation for the past four years, quadrupled the country’s nominal economy in dollars, and been granted EU candidate status.
All of this was made possible by the backing of Georgian society, which, despite several waves of misinformation and manipulation, did not make a mistake and shielded Georgia from the tragic events that occurred in Ukraine,” Ivanishvili stated.
Georgian Dream party officially opened the pre-election campaign and the new central office on Tusdeay.
