Around 95% of summer visitors to the high-mountain resort hotel “Ire-Palace Goderdzi” are Georgian, according to manager Tornike Eradze. Family vacations and children’s educational camps are especially popular in this period.
The 100-room hotel maintains 40–50% average occupancy in summer, peaking at 100% in high season. Summer rates start at GEL 100 per person with breakfast, or GEL 130 with full board. In winter, when Goderdzi operates as a ski resort, double rooms start from GEL 250 with breakfast included.
While summer guests are predominantly local, in winter about half are foreigners, 30% from Russian-speaking countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus) and 20% from Europe, America, and elsewhere.
Located next to the ski lift, the hotel offers winter sports access as well as year-round leisure options, including billiards, table tennis, PlayStation, and children’s play areas. Operating since 2019, “Ire Palace Goderdzi” can host up to 200 guests at once.
