As a result of December 28 trading, the Georgian national currency depreciated by 1.1 tetri against the US dollar, resulting in the official value of one dollar being 3.0899 GEL.
According to the NBG, the national currency depreciated by 1.56 tetri against the euro, as a result of which the official value of one euro became 3.5009 GEL. 2.74 tetri depreciation is against the British pound sterling, which cost 4.1559 GEL.
The exchange rate against the lira strengthened by 1.1 tetri, as a result of which the value of one lira became 25.99 tetri.
The courses obtained as a result of today’s trading will take effect from tomorrow, December 29th.
