As a result of December 16 trading, the Georgian national currency depreciated by 0.15 tetri against the US dollar, resulting in an official value of 3.0972 GEL.
According to the NBG, the national currency depreciated by 1.44 tetri against the euro, as a result of which the official value of one euro became 3.5017 GEL. 1.12 tetri depreciation is against the British pound sterling, which cost 4.1146 GEL.
The exchange rate against the lira strengthened by 0.65 tetri, as a result of which the value of one lira became 20.40 tetri.
The rates obtained as a result of today’s trading will take effect from tomorrow, December 17th.
