Georgia Capital PLC (“the Group” or “Georgia Capital”) proposes that Ernst & Young LLP (“EY”) be reappointed
as the Group's auditor. A resolution to approve the re-appointment of EY will be put to
shareholders at the Company's AGM in 2019.
This proposal follows a competitive tender process for the statutory audit contract overseen by the Audit
Committee of Georgia Capital, resulting in a recommendation which was approved by the Board. The Board
would like to thank all firms who participated in the audit tender and looks forward to working with EY
again.
